Council staff support for leaders includes Field Executives who assist in establishing troops throughout the council area. They also organize local volunteer support groups, called service teams, which plan and conduct meetings and activities within their service area.
Attending local service unit meetings is the best way for troop leaders to stay up to date and network with other leaders.
