Helpful info for our customers

The 2008 Cookie Sale continues through March 24 (end date extended by one week). Important cookie information:

• Girl Scout cookies freeze well. They will last up to a year in the freezer.

• Cookies are $3.50 a box within the 15-county area of Girl Scouts of Western North Carolina Pisgah Council.

• Customers should pay for cookies upon delivery -- not at the time of the order. Girls are instructed not to accept payment until they deliver cookies. If you insist on paying for cookies when placing your order, be sure to get a written receipt showing the troop number, amount paid and cookies ordered.

• Girl Scout Cookie Booths will be held at participating retail establishments beginning February 17 and end on March 17. For a list of booth sale locations in your community, click here.

• Customer satisfaction is a high priority. If you are not happy with your Girl Scout Cookie purchase for any reason, please contact the girl or troop from whom they were purchased for an exchange or refund. If you are not completely happy with your exchange or refund please contact the Tamara Blankenship at tblankenship@girlscoutswnc.org.

• Need nutrition or content information about Girl Scout cookies? You will find it on each box of
  cookies, on girls' order cards, or you can check out the Web site for ABC Bakers.
